About Me

Hi, I'm Louise. Swedish by blood, Southern by upbringing, and a bit of a creative mess. I moved from Stockholm to Atlanta at 8 months old, spent my formative years recording embarrassingly earnest songs on Photo Booth (regrets? many), and eventually landed in Orange County in 2014.

Piano keys and poetry have been my constant companions through it all. Since August 2023, I've been back in Stockholm studying at SSE, trying to reconnect with my roots while explaining to confused Swedes why I sound American.

Oh, and I haven't eaten added sugar for 11 years. It started as a one-year challenge from my grandma to my cousins and brothers, but when everyone else quit, I just kept going. Stubborn? Maybe. Committed? Definitely. When I'm not struggling through economics textbooks, you'll find me scribbling poems or composing at the piano. My work is honest, sometimes awkwardly so. But that's the point, isn't it?
